More information would be helpful. There are several different varieties of Uzis and this will have an impact on value. Here is a quick rundown.

Assuming you are referring to a full size Uzi value would depend on these variations:
1. An original factory Uzi imported and registered before GCA '68 or amnesty registered is quite rare and worth well in excess of 10k. The last one that I recall was priced in the neighborhood of 16k. These are very rare and seldom encountered.
2. The Group Industries guns and Vector Guns (made from Group receivers) are the second most sought after. The receivers on these were made to full SMG specifications and did not have a blocking bar, barrel restrictor ring, and had the proper size hole for the trigger group. These guns are currently in the 7k range. You may find one priced slightly lower or slightly higher in the current market.
3. Uzis that were semi-auto and converted by various companies are the third most desirable. These often have the blocking bar, barrel restrictor ring, and rarely have the SMG size hole for the trigger group. In the current market I would think these guns are worth around 6k.
4. Usually considered the least desirable of the Uzis is the bolt gun. The bolt was the registered machinegun and installed in a semi-auto host weapon. The bolts are slotted to pass freely across the blocking bar. These guns are presently selling in the low 5k range. I have a registered bolt gun inbound and it will be priced in the low 5k range.
